We welcome referrals from GPs, health practioners and self-referrals.
Therapy
Co-Lab Clinicians provide evidence-based therapy for a range of difficulties. Examples include:
Low mood/Depression
Anxiety
Trauma
Intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours
ADHD
Eating and Sleeping Difficulties
Relationship Difficultles
Gender affirming care
Fees for therapy vary between clinicians. Typiclly a 50 minute session is charged at approximatly $210 (including GST), depending on the clinican you see. Initial appointments are longer and incur a higher fee.
Psychological Assessments
We provide comprehensive assessment for a variety of difficulties. These include adult Autism, ADHD, and Supported Assessents for ACC’s Intergrated Sensitive Claims.
The costs of assessments also vary depending on the issue of enquiry, whether a report is required, and the hours involved. For example, assessments for adult ADHD typically cost $1800 and include a report.

Funding Options
Insurance - Insurance providers sometimes cover psychological assessment and/or therapy. You will need to check with them directly to see what cover they provide.
WINZ - You may be eligible for partial funding for therapy through Work and Income. Check out their website to see if you meet criteria.
ACC - If you have experienced sexual trauma you may be eligible for funding through ACC’s Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC). Funding is arranged through ACC ISSC registered clinicians. Learn more about that on ACC’s website.
Transgender Package of Care - Some clients can access funding from Te Whata Ora Waitaha (Health NZ - Canterbury). To access this funding your GP will need to make a referral to us directly through ERMS (their referral system).
